- You will receive a notification that we have received your order
- You will receive a second notification that your order is ready to collect
- Head to Twinlakes reception and present your order confirmation and collect your items
*Same day collection available throughout school holidays and weekends.
*Next day collection available during the term time week. Same day may be possible during the term time week, if you need same day collection pop us a message on here via the chat and we will respond asap.
